Piroe scores in emphatic Swansea City win at Reading Tue 10th Aug 2021 23:07
Joel Piroe completed his first appearance in the League Cup with a well taken third goal for the swans this evening in Berkshire. A TV and streaming blackout meant only those with radio access could listen to the game, and even then many Swans TV subscribers promised free audio access didn’t benefit. Fortunately the technical issues, if that was the issue tonight in Swansea were not replicated on the pitch by a much changed team.
Swansea City suicide mission in Lancashire Sat 07th Aug 2021 17:31
The Russell Martin era at Swansea City provided an early taste of things to come with what can only be described as a complete change of tactic from Steve Cooper’s ideas of last season. From the off with keeper Steven Benda playing almost at centre back, and far too forwards the scene was set for a frustrating first half.

His body language giving much away.
Does this Swansea City squad have any chance in the championship ? Mon 05th Jul 2021 12:12
Believe it or not we are only a couple of weeks away from those rather interesting pre season friendlies we all used to love going to in good weather with a few mates. And there is no note of sarcasm there, I used to love our trips to grounds we had hardly ever visited or for the first time. And of course checking out the squad for the new season.
Swansea City RAM Rooney’s words right down his throat Sat 01st May 2021 17:50
Wayne Rooney talked a great game before today’s match between Swansea City and Derby County, his team did respond at times during this game that could have seen them clear of relegation. However when it really mattered and genuine ability was needed to win this game his side were well and truly lacking. The swans win 2-1 and after a very poor first half they turn on the style in the second.
Swansea City turn on the second half style and qualify for the play offs again Sun 25th Apr 2021 14:50
From the start it seemed the same old swans, that is bar a few glimpses of hope had turned up at Reading today. The positivity swans fans had before the game almost disappeared when Reading went one up. However, in true swans fashion it was to be a roller coaster from beginning to end. The swans are in the play offs again by damn !
